Noble Cafe is a must stop coffee event in Sparkill NY. Right on the crossroads of Main St /Union St in the Union Arts building, Noble offers. Sandwiches, wraps , bakery treats and very Best coffee!!! If young TAMI is the barista behind the counter be sure to taste her made to order coffees. This is the exquisite in house cappuccino she concocted for me today!!!!!

This is a great little café with excellent service and comfortable indoor and outdoor seating. They have a wide selection of teas.

I forgot to take pics but don’t I love small towns! I would suspect this is a local’s favorite place - a substantial array of options for coffee drinkers with a unique menu of speciality lattes. The owner was so sweet as well. I loved her granola bites which to be fair are more on the healthy side compared to cakes, pastries etc.

Stopped in here today for the first time during a cold bike ride. The Chai Tea was one of the best I have ever had. I am writing more so because an customer came in and was being very rude, the owner/manager remained calm. Even when the guy was using profanity and screaming 'go back to your' country. I was very impressed with the way the store handled the situation. Bottom line, great service, great pastries and great drinks. Will be back for sure.

The food was delicious and came quickly, the barista was so nice and offered us a taste of the tuna salad (he makes it himself), and the cafe itself is so pleasant and beautifully decorated. Cannot recommend enough!

Best coffee place in Rockland County period!! Real coffee, excellent pastries, top-notch service, clean, beautiful, and the best baristas. If you are a real coffee and tea connoisseur, this place is it. I highly recommend it, you will not regret going there. I know about coffee and this place is hands down, a top 5 of NY State.

For those looking for great hot and iced coffee, pastries, bagels, sandwiches, tea and cold beverages - the best. The cafe is across from the bus stop, next to Union Arts Center, and close to the Rail Trail, so the cafe is an ideal place to make a stop during a commute or while cycling/walking the trail. I think this is such a cute shop. Comfortable inside with very nice people working there. Coffee was delicious. The muffins were yummy.

Extremely amazing service! Super nice girl working the front and so vibrant. And the muffin cost is amazing! I'm from Maryland and haven't seen these good of prices in a while. The atmosphere was so amazing as well. Well lit and beautiful place. Once again, good work to the owners and workers at this place to making it a small town cafe. Wishing the best for this place truly. :)
